CTD occasionally after entering dialogue or waiting

Not every time, but a while after loading I will CTD after initiating dialogue or waiting especially during rain. What keeps showing up at the end of my papyrus logs is "TrapTriggerTimeInterval.OnUpdate" or "TrapTriggerTimeInterval.psc". I have no idea really how to read papyrus logs or what it all means. If you do, here is my last one plus my load order.
