Strange AI problem

Looking at the AI tab in the CS, I found that the Fighters Guild's porter in Chorrol (like any other porter) is supposed to open the Guil Hall at 6:00 AM each day, regardless of the PC being a member of the FG faction (except in one case, if the PC has been expelled from the guild).

I don't intend to join the Guild, but I need to access the Hall to recruit a companion who lives there. Probably the Unofficial Oblivion Patch prevents the porter's package from being evaluated. Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul introduced a script to fix this issue, and both UOP and OOO are merged in the Bashed Patch ("Scripts" section). All the porters seem to be marked as "No low-level processing"; I tried unchecking that box in the Bashed Patch and saving the modification, but the Guild door remains locked.

I tried unlocking the door through the console, retrieving the RefID of the porter (0006C615 in my savegame) using Refscope, and reloaded the game from outside. Then

> prid 6C615
> evp

The door's status changed to unlocked, so it's all a matter of package evaluation.
Any suggestions?

Besides, the way it is, I couldn't even join the Guild if I wanted (not in Chorrol, that's for sure), nor I can ask Sabiine Laul for Wetherleah's exact location on the map.

EDIT

By the way, feel free to move the topic in "Oblivion non adult mods" section if necessary. My apologies.
