Sexlab aniamtions are slow starting

I am having trouble with sexlab animations.  What happens is the toons just stand there(no keys work) for about 30 seeconds. then they undress and stand 30 seconds, then they move close together for 30 seconds, then the animations starts.  It usually plays fine, but sometimes I have to press space to get past the first stage.

 

Any ideas, I been uninstalling stuff, but it is not helping yet.  latency is very bad.

That sounds like your scripts are getting hung up somewhere which is slowing everything else down, it could also be tied to framerate, I'm not an expert on this subject though so I could be totally off the mark with this.

you need to use save game cleaner to see how many active scripts you've got running if its a lot then that's probably the issue.

i noticed something similar happening for me with defeat's "player as agressor" enabled, animations started this way often takes 20 to 30 seconds to start, but starting then by prostitution is normal

try posting your load order and maybe the system specs and someone more competent on this subject than me may help you
