Horse and people floppy around

Sorry if this had been discussed be for this comment. When I start my game  there a horse and other  character flopping on the ground. What would be the cause of this  anomaly

Camera mods that change the viewing angle of the player is a common cause however other mods might cause this.

 

Often times people have suggested using mods like "Another life" to start the game. This way you don't have to mess with the load order, installed mods etc.
