Aziz Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 Replacing idle.kf with the idle just turns every npc to run the anim which i dont want So is there anyway to make player only idle animation in TES4edit? Been scrolling up and down that animation list in oblivion.esp and cannot figure which is the base standing idle anim for every npc and player. Also was trying to make new .esp what would allow it but somehow failed it So if someone knows about this thing, please help me out (and yes this is kind of useless to do but I tend to get bothered to ends of earth by such things)
fejeena Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 You can use walk anims witcher for the walk animations Or you can change the player ani with TES4Edit If you want to replace the idle.kf Put the idle.kf you want to use in data\meshes\characters\_male\specialanims ( ! not Idleanims ! ) Then open the Oblivion.esm with TES4Edit In Non-Player-Characters, click the player ( Player "Bendu Olo" [NPC_:00000007] ) and choose "copy as overright into..." Now you must enter the new esp name. In the new esp you have the player you add the kf file here ( in the example it's the walkforward.kf. You can also add idle and run animations) Only the player will use the new animation.
