Req: Oblivion-style Argonian heads

Is there any way to change the female argonian's absolutely terrifying heads in Skyrim, back into the exotic, and much less bestial, heads that were in Oblivion? Having access to head-fins again would also be a nice touch. I miss playing an argonian without having to flinch every time I see her in third person view, or wonder how she's even able to wear helmets. (or kiss, or drink potions).

 

....Although, if this is impossible, a possible alternitive could just be to give them a racial bite attack, since they halfway have dinosaur heads right now.
