HELP Random crashes to desktop CTDs

Check if you are using correct dragonborn heathfire dawnguard update ,should be all in one install as old ver,s causes ctds also down load cursor fix from nexus . you may have more than one save file trying to run at same time search every where for old saves  , move NMM out of any program files and X86 program file  , I run from an  second sdd hard drive , you will  need  zaz textures plus update patch use tes5edit ,loot check defeat load order should be quite high up . you will need fus ro doh install also from nexus . install NSAP check zaz is registrered to sexlab you can also run a test anim from zaz , I too have had a few problems getting defeat to work some oft he tools in defeat I click wham ctd .

Well tbh sexLab was working fine before but due to some other bugs I had removed all mods uninstalled them using nmm but forgot to disable sexLab at mcm

I don't have any DLC just skyrim with unofficial patch

Also I think multiple saves trying to run at d same time might be a cause for my ctd how do I fix it?

Open the console on main menu and type 'coc qasmoke', this will create a dummy new game that will load what's needed of skyrim. Something about memory blocks that I can't quite recall. You should then be able to load the saves safely.
