Constantly Decreasing Health

My health seems to be decreasing at a constant rate based solely off of play time (meaning there is no sudden decrease of a lot of health if I wait, sleep. or use fast travel). No health decreasing effect is listed in the active effects menu. Does anyone know of a way for me to detect all status effects on my character or some other way to figure out what is causing this?
