Serana glitched (Takes zero damage from all sources)

I just found out that my Serana follower has not been taking damage the past couple of days of playing. I noticed this when she used Chain Lightning on my conjured Dremora Lord's and they swung at her, but never hit her once even when standing still. She does not take damage from any source. Even typing kill in console with her selected does nothing, she just stands there. All my attacks do not connect, but she still fights and hits enemies. 

 

I do not have any follower altering mods active (UFO, AFT, EFF...)

 

Anyone have any idea why this might be happening? Anyone know of any console commands to try on her? I completed the Dawnguard questline and played with her for a long time afterwards with no problems. I just recently completed the Dragonborn questline, if that would have any effect, i'm not sure. 

 

Any advice would be appreciated. I don't want to create a new save.

Target her and TGM perhaps? It turns on god mode, Otherwise I'm not really sure.

You could always try killing her then resurrecting her.

Typing kill in console does nothing to her. Also just noticed that all my magic attacks and arrows fly right through her. It may be a physics issue.

did you try disable/enable or resurrect or a combination?

During the dragonborn did you do all the black book quests? There is one that lets you make your followers immune to all your attacks, this could be what you are seeing, does she still take damage from enemies?

If you have them installed, try the reset options in Death Alternative and the clean up options in Defeat.
