There is always Sexlabs Matchmaker too, give you spells that you can cast on yourself and npcs that forces either a masturbation animation if it's only one target, or a sex one if there is multiple targets.

Exactly what Zzz does, but Zzz also lets you mark someone as "victim" if you want an aggressive 3way.
