How to remove activator indicator?

There is a mod called Glenvar Castle where the author removed  the little hand (activator indicator) from all his secret buttons.  I fired his mod up in CS to see how he did so I could copy it.   I didn't see any difference from his buttons  to normal stuff that have activators on them though. 

 

How exactly is this done?

Activators have no "little Hand" sign, a activator displays the name of the activator. ( Button, Pressure Plate, Sewer Wheel, Rock, Switch, Lever,...)

If you do not insert a name (CS) you can move the mouse cursor on the activator and nothing is displayed.

 

I used it in my Secret Sanctuary Mod. ( Lever, Ring on a chain, Head of a statue, Stone in the wall,..)
