Cannot get magerobe conversion to work

So i downloaded a CBBE conversion of Gomaperos mod someone made

he said it was standalone and did not need the original, for some reason however, i cannot get it to work.

If you read down throught he forums after the conversion link, someone states that there is not a plugin for the STANDALONE portion to work. 

ie: you must create one, or get one from someone who already has.
