sshadow5001 Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 I've been tearing my hair out all day trying to combine these properly. The Remodeled Armor comes with clothing too and it seems to overwrite some of the Minidresses even thought I'd install Minidress afterwards. I'd end up with some mixture of clothing from Remodeled Armor and Clothing from Minidress. If anyone can help me, please and thanks In advance.
sshadow5001 Posted February 24, 2016 Author Posted February 24, 2016 well really whatever is easier. I really just wanna be able to use both at the same time without having a weird mix of both the clothing options. remodeled armor comes with Armor and Clothes and Minidress comes with only Clothes. I wan't just the Armor from Remodeled Armor and only Clothes from Minidress Collection.
Guest Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 The you need a surgical mod merging, to pick only the "armors" that are "compatible" between the two mods. But my guess is that some of the armor are sharing the same body slot, so it will require some NifSkoping to make this done.
sshadow5001 Posted February 24, 2016 Author Posted February 24, 2016 I tried installing Remodelled Armor first and deleting and clothing Meshes and Textures from it, then installing Minidress Collection, the Batch Building and i still end up with Remodelled Armor clothes for some reason I've been at this for the last 12 hours and I'm going crazy. I have zero problem with the Armors. just the clothing from remodelled armors. I'f I could straight up get rid of them then I think it'd do the job.
Guest Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 Please post the links to the mods. When I will have time I will give a look. Thank you.
sshadow5001 Posted February 24, 2016 Author Posted February 24, 2016 MiniDress Conversions UUNP http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/69880/? Remodelled Armor Conversions UUNP http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/69562/? Minidress require the original mod to work http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/47376/? Installation with NMM takes forever so I've been doing it manually. And thanks in advance
Guest Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 The first link has 15 possible variants. Which one is the one you want?
sshadow5001 Posted February 24, 2016 Author Posted February 24, 2016 The top one of each would be fine. No optional files necessary. and thanks for taking the time to help
Guest Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 No problem. When I will have time I will try to do something. Not today, sadly, I am already busy in other stuff.
sshadow5001 Posted February 24, 2016 Author Posted February 24, 2016 Hey no prob man. I'm working on tweaking the sliders for the Minidress set so they work with Physique - Skinny to Big so I can wait
sshadow5001 Posted February 24, 2016 Author Posted February 24, 2016 Aaaand 5 hours of progress lost stupidly...Better start converting all the Dresses again I guess.
afa Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 You have MO? (although it might not even be necessary) I am guessing you want the clothes from minidresses but armor from remodeled armor Install remodeled armor, generate the meshes with bodyslide Install minidresses, generate the meshes with bodyslide. The newly generated minidresses from bodyslide should overwrite the remodeled armor ones. I am using a similar set up.

sshadow5001 Posted February 24, 2016 Author Posted February 24, 2016 I think the problem is that Minidress Collection uses the same mesh for multiple outfits while Remodeled armor uses multiple. for example there are 2 Blacksmith Clothes, when you install the Minidress collection only it changes the model for both and they look exactly the same (except one is brown and the other is white) but If I install Remodelled Armor first then install Minidresses you get the Brown Blacksmith clothes from the Minidress set and the White one from the Remodelled armor set. this effects all the Robes and Farm clothes too. you end up with a mix of the 2 sets even if Minidress is installed 2nd. Also fyi Gamefever released a new version of his Remoddeled Armor HDT which reduces the number of files from 55000 to 1000 http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/69562/?

I recently wanted to use both of these mods together and your method certainly does work. Thank You.
Nefim Posted December 18, 2016 Posted December 18, 2016 Doesn't Remodeled armor have a standalone version now? Sorry... I might be missing something here...
