Need help for combining armor mods

Hello everybody!

 

I ask your help for something special.

 

I want to combining two armor mods in a special way :

 

I wish to have an armour with the armor of this mod :http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/67029/?

But i wish to add a skirt from this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33121/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D33121%26preview%3D&pUp=1

 

The problem is that i don't really know of to do, and the tutorials i found don't explain all step  and i often find myself blocked... 

 

Could somebody explain how to do it?

 

It would be really great.

I suggest that you watch the youtube tutorials by Nightasy. Then you should have a good idea how to bring multiple models into 3DSMax, delete parts you don't need, export, fix in nifscope, etc.

if the individual parts that you want are separate pieces in the 2 mods there is an alternative if you only want it for personal use.

 

if they are not already separate pieces you will have to do it manually thru 3DSMax (or similar) which I can't help with.

 

if they are separate pieces already (and you do not plan to release the final result to anyone else) you can try the merge plugins tool.

 

forgot where I got it so you will have to search a little bit (google found it for me when I went looking).
