Desperate in finding modding instruction(Script!)

I'm not a modder.

So I want to learn how, but there is too little information to at least try something.

I searched over and over but nothing i could get it.

I know scripting is sort of confusing and hard to explain how things are going.

Is there websites that I can get more of it?

I just wonder how and where the hell you guys learn scripting...

I'm really desperate to study it.

There are a few tutorials for scripting on internet, but I never found one that is really good.
