Serious graphic bug

It only happens after the completion of OWB. The bug doesn't happen in Big MT, but only in Mojave.

 

Restarting the game set everything back to normal, but it becomes bad after ~20 mins, and then CTD.

Only by switching worldspace (loading screen appear) would this bug happen, not switching worldspace and this bug wouldn't appear.

 

The last save that doesn't have anything to do with OWB is quite a while ago. I seriously would only use replaying from that save as the last resort.

 

Cleaned the save with ref removing tool.

Follower/makeup mods are put at the bottom because some other mods changes races and NPC faces, and I'm too lazy to FNVEdit them.

FCOttwFix is a plugin that I made to change vanilla races' face data and do makeup to some NPCs.

Is the issue easy to be reproduced? does it happen often?

I suggest this simple test. Go in game and try to reproduce the issue, when it happens, save the game and quit the game (entirely, to desktop). Then, re-launch the game and reload that save: is it exactly as you left it?

In the first time I encountered that bug, I couldn't even enter that save, but I loaded an earlier save then load that bugged save, which was a succeed, but the graphics were still bugged. Then I loaded the OWB pre-ending save and go back to Mojave using coc goodspring (not the teleporter gun), and the graphic bug didn't appear. I went on playing, until some point the graphics was bugged again.

 

After the second time, however, the graphics is perfectly fine when I restart the game at the same point where the graphics was bugged.
