I updated a number of mods, and went ahead and reinstalled them all, to make sure the load order was still ok.  Started having CTD's about 2 sec after the New Game Video.  Tracked that to one specific mod, and removed it, and now I'm having an issue with Workshop Mode.  Specifically the fact that there is no entry for food in it. Resources has Water and Miscellaneous, and that's it.  The settlement mods I have installed are as follows:

I'll post the whole load order if it's needed, but I've never gotten the hang of posting an image, so I'm hoping that will be enough.
