Infinite Trouble with NVSE

As i said i am having infinite troubles with NVSE, i install it correctly and when i try to run it gives me the application load error 65432(steam error), i try restating steam and it doesn't work, i try using the 4GB fix and it says im missing the libogg.dll and says i should reinstall the program to fix it and it does nothing, tried validating and nope nothing, the weird thing is that i used to run NVSe and the 4GB enabled just fine with mods, i have no idea what changed, any help is incredibly appreciated.

EDIT: i have found the fnv4GB log in the FNV directory and this was the last part:

Loader:Error getting number of modules loadeded in child process Only a part of the request ReadProcessMemory or WriteProcessMemory was included. Loader: Couldn't find handle to Kernel32 in child process. Assuming its the same as this one Loader: Injecting dll loader code into child process. Failed to write 0x3D bytes at 0xFFFA0000 in child process. Acess Denied. Loader: Failed to write to memory of child process - Acess Denied.

 

It is also interesting to note that if i do the installation process of NVSE and FNV4GB and then rename the folder Fallout New Vegas encplzru(yes i put the correct ID on the the shortcut and yes i ran the game with the default launcher once) to Fallout New Vegas and then use the Verify game Cache on steam, it tells me that 471 files are gone and will be reaccquired and then creates another New Vegas Folder with encplzru on it.

 

If anyone could help me with this i would be extremely grateful.

I assume that all your executables in the FNV directory are flagged as being Administrator. (probably not helpful - but..)

NVSE piece of cake

4GB thing is insane !

 

Why? they hate each other  big time

 

my shortcut to load was crazy :

 

 

"C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout New Vegas\fnv4gb.exe" -exe FalloutNV.exe -laaexe   .\FalloutNV.4GB -SteamAppID

Other stuff SteamAPPID varies depending where u live - not everyone lives in the USA:) I think ... dunno.

 

Data  game folder contained originalEXE folder,FalloutNV.4GB,fnv4gb.exe,fnv4gb_helper.dll ,FalloutNV.exe, 

 

 

IT may  fail silently eg it will load but is not doing anything promised.

 

You may  have to tune a 32bit system for it to do anything - win32 by default gives 2GB to win + max 2 to application . It can do otherwise but you must tell it to do so - some configuration in boot ini cept windows 7 doesnt have one - windows 7+ no idea.
