Unique question/request maybe

Hello I was wondering if there is a mod or if its possible to make a mod for a follower with a unique type of IA. I am not too sure how to express what I have in mind but ill try my best with where I got the idea from. I was watching an anime called Shimoneta; There is a character in there named Anna Nishikinomiya. I was hopping if there is a way to add a follower or plug-in for followers that can act like here if specific circumstances are me like if my companion and I are alone for too long she will try and Do something might even have a resist option and have the follower stop when someone or something draws near? Is something like this possible? am I even making sense? The follower does not have to look like her just a variation of her personality. Here is a short video of more or less what I mean

So, what you're trying to say is that you want a follower that randomly tries to fuck you when no one is around?

Something like that. Maybe add some penalties like a debuff for being Emasculated, would make it more interesting

The issue I have with that mod is the slave thing I don't know maybe I RP a bit too much but I kinda want ti to be more fun and funny not sad.
