LightningRose Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 Hi everyone, I've been interested to try and import bodies into blender to see what I could do with them, and I've noticed that the bodies I import have pretty low polygon counts and this weird hole in their stomaches. Is this normal? Or I am doing something wrong? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Leito86 Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 Looks fine to me. Â The normals need to be softened and that weird hole in the stomach...is the belly button...
LightningRose Posted February 10, 2016 Author Posted February 10, 2016 Not the belly button lol. The hole/depression above the belly button. Looks like a mild case of sunken chest. What do you mean by the normals need to be softened?
LightningRose Posted February 11, 2016 Author Posted February 11, 2016 Thank you! That certainly solved the issue of the low polygon count, I didn't know such a feature existed in blender. The sunken chest is largely unnoticeble as well now.
