Kriegera Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 I entered a crypt and got jumped by a vigilant of Stendarr hunter named Talmir and two dark brotherhood assassins. He used chain lightning and a silver katana while attacking then used some sort of teleportation spell to escape when his health got low. There's no entry for him on the Elder Scrolls wiki and I have over a hundred plugins. Anybody have any idea what mod he's from?
