I remember seeing it before and now I can't find it. I saw a video of multiple girls being in the jail cell too.

True Crime itself does not have any other npc raping females. The only thing it adds is one male npc per jail cell. I was working on revamping the True Crime adding male content later. But never got a chance to finish it. It was one of the may mods i was working on only never be able to finish it. Due to no longer owning oblivion anymore.
