Hud mods - any flaws of using them?

Hey guys, im looking for nice hud mod, nothing too fancy only changed position of vannila bars.

I tried Lessintruisive Hud II but... It updates every time im loading game, it making me crazy becouse its like 2-3 seconds after load without seeing anything[hud], and i die a lot[requiem]

 

And... Are there any flaws of using them? I mean this can get my game crashed or something?

fast magica, health, and stamina fading as well as removal of crosshairs, you can keep the sneak one if you want though. Hides compass too, best part is simply holding x shows your compass too.
