Help/question : how to convert Morrowind Nif into Skyrim Nif ?

Hi everybody

 

I met a strange problem : I need to convert some Morrowind characters for skyrim.

 

I suceed to extract the meshes and textures, but I don't know if I can use them just like that.

Maybe I need to modify them, add a skeleton, etc... and I don't have blender, only Nifskope.

 

I upload the archive, just in case.
