Getting your skyrim looking its best?

I'm modding my skyrim after re-install and I know that Realvision has mods listed to get skyrim looking it's best for that but does anyone know any tutorial to that uses as much 4k textures as possible? I have a pretty good rig so I feel I can handle it. Thanks

Also, can't use 4k textures for gameplay because of their potential to drag down performance -- use 4k only when you have to take screenshots, and 2k or below when on gameplay. Have them on separate playthrough profiles in MO.
