Single player but i never meant it as a mod,i just did it out of boredom and it's not finished.

I made it to play in TLAD but it will probably work in GTA4.

BTW you can't do missions as another character, the game will crash, just freeplay.

I know it was hard for me to like Niko that's why after finishing the game i usually play TLAD instead.
