fuzzywuzzy007 Posted June 10, 2012 Posted June 10, 2012 same thing is happening to me. the first time it happened was using the Rod of the Goddess in the basement/pool area. now, any animation scene where my "body" get the 3rd person has the bloom effect, and it lasts until i exit and reload oblivion.
