how do i instal sexout on the steam version of fallout new vegas?

How? The same way you would any other mod:

a. With a mod organizer; or,
b. Manually, paying attention to the file structure.

I haved installed the Sexput and others mods with FOMM version of this site,  SexAssault, the MCM, for options and.. work perfect on Steam version also raped at any combat if you want
