Tepi Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 To me it looks like you might be using wrong race? Or that you need to dl a separe head mesh mod, like http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/7127/? If it not either of those then I don't know
Kaz Aanh Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 Definitely looks like you are importing to the wrong race. ie breton preset > breton race not breton preset > nord race
