Daedric reaper retexture?

I've downloaded and manually installed the textures but they don't seem to work. I always get the grey with a white glow that it came with. Has anyone gotten any of the textures to work?

 

And on a side note, is there a replacer version for normal Daedric armor for this awesome armor? Every search I've done gives me Lustriana or suchs daedric replacer.
