Unable to load save on new game

So I am completely lost here.   I've been playing Skyrim on my current playthrough for about three months and suddenly Skyrim cannot open up a save.   I figured it was a bloated save - so I deleted all my saves and started a new game.     The problem is that once I save and exit the game, if I try to load up that save it gets stuck on the loading screen.     I even went as far as uninstalling/reinstalling skyrim plus adding the mods again from scratch - still same issue where I can start a new game but unable to up on a save.  It never CTD, it just stays at the loading screen.  I've cleaned all my mods with TesVedit and did a bashed batched all to no avail.  I have a 980 TI, skse and enboost installed (just VRAM enabling, no ENB used).   I've attached my load order.    Any ideas what else I could be doing well?

On a heavy modded game or one that has very little mods this is a typical experience. I use LAL and I have to load to the starting cell before loading a save. It's actually quite common.

What is LAL?

It's an alternate start mod.
