Need Help Creating A Bard NPC

I've been creating a female bard NPC for a tavern I've created in an interior cell.  Most things seem to work.  She follows her AI packages randomly plays songs, randomly plays instrumentals, etc.  You can request songs from her and you get the song option dialog you would expect.  The two dialog options I cannot seem to get for her is to play only an instrumental or to take a break.

 

She currently has these two factions:

BardSingerFaction

jobBardFaction

 

I've also add her to the BardVoiceType formlist

 

I also added the LocationTypeInn to the cell location

 

I've tried adding the BardSingerInstrumentalOnlyFaction but that didn't seem to make any difference.

 

So does anyone know how to get the dialog options to ask her to take a break or to only play an instrumental?
