How to make actor that can't rape and can be only raped?

I need help with scripting in this one. How to make this npc stop sex scene if he's got offencive token and just push him away, but if he has def token sex scene will start. So is there some kind of  function in lapf that stops sex scenes or it can be done by other ways? sorry for very bad english)

I suck something terrible at scripting, but take a look at Lovers Joburg.  There is a script that allows you to hit the block button to stop an attempted rape.  There is also a script for a companion to interrupt you being raped (to save you).

 

There "are" a few Oblivion script guru's let here, but it may be some time before one of them weighs in.

I think i found a solution: 
 

ref defer

set defer to getself
if defer.getitemcount xloversoff>=1 ;this cheks if actor is in offensive position
defer.additem xloverspkrabort 1 ; this just cancels sex scene
endif
end
