cause i found some hot clothing in some of other website(not a nexus).

its a South Korean "Assistant Policeman"(alternative service instead military in Korea) uniform. um, in this case, "Assistant Policewoman".

 

its a retexture of stella police, cf fox, ribbon armor. using UNP Body.

 

 

there is two version. with police baton, or not.

 

is someone can converting this UNP body mod for skyrim?

You can use UUNP sets to change most types of body to skyrim-CBBE
