{SOLVED} mod I haven't heard of?

Can someone please let me know about this Joburg for extender mod is/does, and where to find it? It's a new one on me, don't know anything about it. Any help would be appreciated of course. Been reading about the LPK extender and it looks great, but I've never really tried it yet. If I can find info about this joburg, and a bit more about the russian version of rapers (been reading about that one in its thread) I just might give the extender versions a try. Thanks!
