Nasseliten Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 I'd use Skyrim unbound inststead http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71465/? I'm not hating on alternate start, it's a good mod but after switching to unbound I got a more stable game.

This isnt for starting a new game atm lol. I updated to the latest version 3.1 and it might be making my game I started on 3.07 crash so im downgrading. I'll give it a look for my next playthrough though.

karlpaws Posted April 28, 2016 Posted April 28, 2016 Unbound and Live Another Life are completely incompatable, but both good for what they do. LAL is for people who do want to play through the main dragons campaign but with a different start than "snuck over the border for some unexplained reason, got caught at a location not terribly close to the border, and then executed by lazy bureaucrats." Unbound is designed to optionally avoid any dragons and dragon based entanglements, letting you play Skyrim in a more sandbox way than otherwise. I kinda wish it had the options of house ownership that LAL does, or anything beyond "spawn here, ready to leave" but you can't have everything.
