So I actually fixed this just a moment ago it was hdtskyrimmempatch i don't know why this was happening.

Looks like missing textures. Does this elf uses the same body as other npcs/pc. Is she the only one effected. Is she standalone from some mod?
If yes - i would look into her mod structure and see if she adds textures of her own that got deleted somehow.
