Need help on removing wildlife.

Hey there,

 

I have 0 modding experience and I was wondering (if its doable) to remove nearly all wildlife from my game.

 

I'm thinking mainly of wolves and elk. They annoy me to no end. (lone wolves kamikaze into packs of adventurers, going for the horse first and so on...)

 

Yeah just 1 swipe of my blade and they are dead, but they re spawn so fast and they are frickin everywhere.

 

 

 

I've found mods that alter the ai of wildlife to make them more realistic but they also include a bunch of other stuff I'm not interested in.

 

 

Is it easy to just remove them from the creature list?

 

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

It's very easy. Fire up your CK and go into one of the cells where you know that an annoying wolf spawns.

There should be a Leveled Actor marker. Find out which LvlList feeds the marker and then alter the LvlList.

 

Just remove all the stuff you don't like from the list. Be warned: your game is going to be very boring for low level characters, since there are not going to be any animals around, until your level gets high enough for the more sophisticated stuff, namely sabrecats and bear, to spawn.

Yeah no worries my skyrim is modded for end game only. I've only used TesVEdit before but I'm sure I will figure it out.
