After a while fallout 4 no longer exit the game correctly ??

I have noticed that the longer i play the longer it takes for fallout 4 to actully exit the game again. But almost always exit with some kind of error. And i fear that this part could potentially make the save game unstable. The exiting sometimes always seem to force my video drivers to recover witch weird why it only happens when exiting the game and not during game play ??
