Console issue?

Hi Everyone!
I've played TES V some time, before bought it in Steam, and it became one of my favorite games. But Steam version disappointed me a little. I've got some new bugs in it, that I've never know about before, but my question is about another thing, that disturbs me.
Earlier, I was able to use console to get some useful info, but on steam console shows ONLY object's ID. How I can enable "Extended" console mode? Maybe I've installed some non-esp mod long time ago, and forgot about it? Please, help me, I really want that cool console back!
Both screenshots are made with same mods, same savefile, but one - on my no-steam version, and second - on steam. Both are Legendary Edition.

Oh, thanks. I've just begin install mods, and have not installed SL yet. Sorry for bothering, I hope someday I'll begin understand more than now.
