(it looks childish, but that's what the mod creator has created with sliders; if u put it on normal character they just look a lot cuter. For example check the user uploaded images @ adorable face's image page) in combination with the fair skin complexion : http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51602/? (to fit adorable face's texture). As for the cute preset with sliders it kinda depends on your own, everybody has different tastes.
