Well, I returned playing Skyrim after a while, stopped playing this late June, I initiated SKSE and everything seemed fine, now when I opened NMM I noticed I had Devious Devices installed but not activated, so I activated all its plugins, and opened SKSE again, now the problem on the pic above happened, the mod I used to hide the Nightingale Hood seemed to have stopped hiding it, was using http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/562/? to hide my hood (I also use http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/5735/? as a retexture, just mentioning it), then I tried to put it higher on the load order in order to fix it, also tried other headgear hiding mods such as http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/57792/? and http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/18250/? separately, also tried deactivating DD and leaving everything like it was before but everything to no avail, the hood Its still there, ruining my character's appereance, I could just wear it off, but It would ruin the effect you earn when you wear the whole set... So... Any idea of what to do? I need to either re-hide my hood or find a way to find a new invisible headgear where I could have the same effects as the hood so I can have the set effect too

Oh! Here's my load order:

DD has an item called a Device Hider that handles things for the Devices Underneath function and as a default occupies slot 41. Change the slot to something else (I use 60 or 61) in the MCM menu and it should fix the issue.

Oh my! Thanks! I didn't knew it was as simple as that! Again, thanks a lot!, problem was solved!~
