tedii Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 Hi everyone, Is there a way to make my characters not become ugly when they become vampires? Like to remove the sunken-in face thing and not have the skin textures that come with being a vampire? Previously when I was using UNP with SG female textures I noticed that it didn't change (when turning into a vampire) but recently since I've switched to using UUNP it does which is annoying! Thanks in advance!!! Ted
xGHoSTx Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 yeah theres several mods on the nexus that do that Less sunken faces vampire normal face i think those are the main ones, i hope this helped you!
Lexi SubZero Posted January 1, 2016 Posted January 1, 2016 Take a look at this... http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/41634/?
Swiftstep Posted January 2, 2016 Posted January 2, 2016 You don't need a mod for that. If you want the look to stay the same for vampires and non-vampires, just replace the corresponding files: -> look for texture files called: femaleheadvampire -> if you can't find them, your system is using the imbedded vanilla files (that means: create new ones) -> you need femaleheadvampire.dds (skin), femaleheadvampire_msn.dds (normal), femaleheadvampire_s.dds (shadow / lightning), femaleheadvampire_sk.dds (no idea - reflection maybe?) Point is: if you want your vampires to look no different, and create those files by simply copying the non-vanilla files and naming them accordlngly, all vampires should use those textures. Might be, that if a mod creates vampire NPCs from its own files, they will have their own look. Besides that, DVA is very good - test it. Works well with my method.
