Guest Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Hello, I was doing a clean install of my Skyrim when I decided to add a new mod which was "Dangerous Encouters - Sands of Time". So in my final steps to test everything ingame I had to patch Dual Sheath Redux mod, but i'm unable to continue due to this exception: Quite weird since as it shows, everything is fine with the order and required mod is activated. I ran TESEDIT and LOOT and everything looks fine Anyone had same issue or have a clue on how to fix this? Thx
SirNibbles Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 I usually put those on the exceptions list, although it's not a perfect solution at least it lets me continue because a lot of times I get this error it's with a mod that doesn't contain any items that can be used with dual sheath redux. To do what I just said go to your skyrim installation folder followed by \Data\SkyProc Patchers\Dual Sheath Redux Patch\Files\ , in this folder you'll find a .txt file called "Blocklist" just add the problem generating esp/esm in this file (full name , so for example : "SleepingDangers-SandsofTime.esp")
Rorschach666 Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 this or you install the patch a second time, name it patch2 or whateva, open your tesedit . choose skyrim and the patch you've just installed. after tesedit finished, remove the category "cell" under the legendary patch, close tesedit. now, everytime you run the skyproc patcher you choose the patch with the removed cells. warning, do not play the game with the modified legendary patch. if you run the skyproc patcher only once, you can remove the cells, (skyproc)patch and simply reinstall the legendary patch afterwards.
Guest Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Thanks both i fixed it with the blocklist.txt
