i can`t change my hair style

[Mr. Smith]

i mean when i open my racemenu from the console command and select new hairstyle and confirm my change and close the menu, it will go back to the old hairstyle i had after 1 second passed !
i can`t actually tell when did this happen because when someone change the hairstyle he will not change it again for a while but i think it happened after i downloaded new mods
i have downloaded the HDT female hairstyles, apachii hairstyles (the main file) and the Mias lair hairpack 
but am not sure if one of these conflict with the other mods 
i have tried to disable my Mias hairstyle and my HDT hairstyles but that didn`t work
the hairstyle i have now is from the HDT hairstyles and as i was saying even when i disable my HDT hairstyle i will get bold and can not change my hairstyle
