Game suddenly crashes (no errors, i just get sent back to desktop)

Well, since the huge amount of mods i am using, i am almost sure that it's a memory problem. (i have 8GB RAM, though).
OR, it could be a corrupt save game, i suppose....I will try starting from scratch to verify this.

No idea, (but your SexLabSkoomaWhore.esp should be above, (i.e. a lower order number), than xazPrisonOverhaul.esp as it interferes with one of the jails).

 

How many animations have you got installed? What are your ENB/ENBoost settings?

 

Also you might find that "Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul.esp" - even thought it's a very good idea - might be a pain in the neck in the future progression of your game. (i.e. at some point a save won't load and if you don't have a start save you would normally go "coc qasmoke" on the main menu then load the non loading save. However IC-AO will probably bollocks that up for you).

As animations, i have installed only the mods listed there, no resources which are not inside a mod.....Until this moment, i wasn't using ENB; i am installing it right now hoping it would do something good (i am following this guide:  http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50244/?).
For the order.....well, i basically had LOOT to do all the sorting for me, but i will follow your suggestion and move those mods...

All in all, i think it MIGHT be a mod related problem, since game has started to do this after i installed some more mods.....I will change some ENB setting at the moment, to see if it works

Are you using a value above 768 for first block with skse.ini with this in your enblocal

MMh, i am running out of ideas, this is not caused by a mod....

download "memory block log" mod and enable its logging (EnableLog=true) ... then play once you crash review your memoryblocklog.log (it will probably be in overwrite move it too Mod Organizer\mods\MemoryBlockLog\skse\plugins. now open the the log file and look at top entry should be 768 and 256 scroll down and see what your memory was at crash.

disable logging by changing line to false it has served its purpose. mod is effectively disabled now. can keep it it will not affect performance.

 

also enable your papyrus logging if you have not done so and in skyrim.ini

Did you change any mods recently, i.e. update or remove them? If yes, then maybe it's an error from leftover scripts. Try the Save Game Script Cleaner and also tune it down on the script-heavy mods (I know that hurts...).

could be something as simple as a armor for wrong body type. for example how many of those armors are pregnancy scalable armor/clothing. also looks like you don't have the xp32 extended skeleton (no XPMSE.esp) and that needed for alot of mods on your list.  I suggest pruning down the mods and removing ones that do the same thing eg

1) baby momma's , beeing female (i use this one) and knocked up ...really...

2) sanguines debauchery ( i use this one) , defeat, deviously enslaved, prison overhaul (might be alright i don't use), etc

3) I do no use the daymol dawnguard addon 

 

so run your list thro TES5Edit if it errors you are missing masters thats your problem.
