Doctor Li won't introduce herself. [SPOILERS]

I'm at the part where you first meet the institute. I worked with the brotherhood up until this point, and built the signal interceptor with them.

 

I decided I want to side with the institute instead because I found out who their leader really is.

 

But Doctor Li won't introduce herself! The ONLY dialogue options that show up are me trying to recruit her away to the brotherhood!

 

Is there a console command I can use to freaking... start this quest over? Resetquest just breaks it. None of the quest stages are labeled on the wiki. Is there a workaround for this? I want to complete institutionalized!

Edit 1: Fixed it myself! For those having this problem, just use the console to break 'From Within' instead.

 

Put in the console command: "resetquest 0009ff4e" to reset "From Within" and break it. If you don't plan on siding with the brotherhood, this won't cause a problem anymore.

 

Edit 2: I wanted to mark this post as 'solved' so that other people could benefit from my solution if they have this problem and find the thread via Google or searching the site, but it won't let me. =\

Depending on the side you pick (Institute, Railroad, Brotherood), this interaction may be difficult to complete.

If you start "From Within" with the brotherhood then you have the only option to recruit her.

 

Now, you can actually recruit her for the brotherhood and still be friend with the institute. (And you will complete one quest more.)

If you don't like to go "Ad Victoriam", then use the command console to reset the quest (resetquest 0009ff4e, as you already posted.)

Couldn't you also just piss off the Brotherhood to the point where the related quest auto-fails?

 

And I love assaulting the Institute, while showing the leader their error with messing with the Sole Survivor.
