Editing Description Pop Up window

In some mods an event will happen that will cause a window to pop up describing what has happened or what your character feels, something like that.
 

An example would be anytime you equip a DD asset item a window will pop up and describe you equipping the item.

 

Can the text in these windows be edited at all? I mean can these be edited relatively easily?

 

I've tried finding them in CK but with no luck. I thought that might be under messages but those seem to be descriptions of an item or a person.
