Why my character crafting everything in the way by just pointing at it ?

i mean i had this problem when i tried to install new mods but i can`t tell for sure if it is a mod causing the problem or is it technical thing 
when i try to point at any craftable items in the way (miscs,swords,books,potions,..etc) or even search the dead bodies my character will craft everything automatically except when searching the bodies only the clothes won`t be crafted 

why is this happening ??
