Problems with downloading files.

Ello.


I have some problems with downloading skyrim mods.
I wait the 15 secs which is a must and after that the download isn't starting at all,

It refreshes the page which says "you have to wait 10 secs between downloads, after that refresh this page"

Well.. It's looped. Also, that was my first download today so there were no multiple downloads at all.

 

Hope my rambling makes sense.
